Shipping Policy We currently offer delivery to UK addresses for products where UK shipping is available. Delivery times Our products are supplied by different fulfilment partners, so delivery times vary by product. The estimated delivery time shown at checkout is: • 3–5 business days for some products • 5–7 business days for some products • 10–16 business days for some products These are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed dates. Delivery may take longer during busy periods, bank holidays, supplier delays, or circumstances outside our control. Orders containing products from different suppliers may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. Shipping costs Standard UK shipping is currently free for the eligible products shown on our website. If a shipping charge applies, it will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Order processing and tracking Orders are sent to the relevant fulfilment supplier for processing. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
